1. Exchanges and Returns

1.1 Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days to request a return, starting from the date of receipt. This right of withdrawal applies to purchases made through the website and does not extend to personalized products.

1.2 Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The customer must contact our customer service to inform the intention of return or exchange and request authorization for the return of the product.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the store only in cases of defect or withdrawal.

2. Defective Products

2.1 Exchange for Defects: If the product has a defect, the customer has 7 calendar days to report the issue. The return will be made at no additional cost to the customer, and the shipping cost will be refunded.

2.2 Procedure: The customer must contact our customer service to report the defect and provide the necessary information. After the analysis and confirmation of the defect, the product will be exchanged or returned, and the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Refund

3.1 Refund Method: The refund will be processed to a Pix key provided by the customer.

3.2 Refund Timeframe: The processing time for the refund is up to 10 (ten) business days from the confirmation of receipt and analysis of the returned product.
